SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer both standard and *express Australia-wide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location. All shipping costs can be calculated by adding your chosen products to your shopping cart then entering your region.
All 'in stock' products are generally shipped next day or once payment is confirmed.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you aren't satisfied with your product purchased, you can exchange any full priced product (No Exchange for 'sale' items) provided it is unopened and in perfect condition. You can contact tigertime within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Valid proof of purchase is required.
At Tigertime we are more than happy to replace or refund any faulty products and pay for the return freight on receipt and inspection of the goods. Please send Tigertime an email (email@example.com) indicating the problem with the item, and supply a copy of the online delivery note, tax invoice or packing slip.
